Terms of Use

1. Introduction

Welcome to PITSTOP. These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the PITSTOP mobile application and website (the "Platform"), owned and operated by PITSTOP ONLINE TRADING (C.R. 227005). By accessing the Platform, you agree to comply with these terms.

2. The Marketplace Service

PITSTOP operates as a digital marketplace connecting buyers ("Customers") with third-party sellers ("Vendors") of motorcycle parts and accessories. While PITSTOP facilitates transactions, the contract of sale for products is directly between the Customer and the Vendor.

3. Account Registration

  • You must verify your mobile number via OTP to create an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You must provide accurate information regarding your vehicle make/model to ensure the accuracy of the "Compatibility Search" results.

4. Orders and Payments

  • Currency: All transactions are processed in Qatari Riyals (QAR).
  • Payment: We accept Debit/Credit cards and Apple Pay via secured third-party gateways. We do not store your full card details.
  • Pricing: Prices are set by Vendors. PITSTOP is not responsible for pricing errors but will facilitate corrections/refunds where applicable.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery timelines are estimates provided by our logistics partners. PITSTOP is not liable for delays caused by customs, traffic, or force majeure events. Customers can track orders in real-time via the App.

6. Returns and Cancellations

  • Cancellations: Allowed only before the order status changes to "Processing" or "Shipped."
  • Returns: Accepted if the part is defective, not as described, or incompatible despite correct vehicle selection in the App. Returns must be initiated within the timeframe specified in the App (e.g., 3-7 days).
  • Electrical parts are generally non-returnable unless proven defective upon arrival.

7. Limitation of Liability

PITSTOP expressly disclaims liability for:

  • The quality, safety, or legality of parts sold by Vendors.
  • Any damage to motorcycles resulting from improper installation of parts purchased via the Platform. We recommend installation by certified professionals.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, and software on PITSTOP are the property of PITSTOP ONLINE TRADING. "PITSTOP" is a trademark of the company.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Qatar.
